We’ll walk you through setting up and customizing your system.
As you are setting up your new system, you will have two account passwords:
- Smart Home Security My Account password - Here, you will be able to view your billing and monitoring account, make payments, and access support.
- Alarm system login - On this site, you will configure and customize your system. After the initial setup, you can access this login page by logging into your Smart Home Security My Account. We recommend making your Smart Home Security My Account password and alarm system login password the same, so that they will be easier for you to remember and manage.
Here is a step-by-step guide to setting up your Smart Home Security My Account login for billing and account management.
You will need access to the email address associated with your SmartHome account to create your new account. If you have trouble accessing this email address, you may contact our Member Experience team at
First, visit AAA.com/SmartNewLogin. This will bring you to the account setup screen. Here you will enter your email address. Next, click "Email Link" to send an email to your address and verify your identity. Check your email and click the link provided. Finally, create a password and log in to your account.
Once you accept the Terms and Conditions, click on the Create Account button.
You will now be logged into My Account, and here you will be able to access a variety of features, such as:
- View and pay your bills online
- View your product setup guides
- Access the login page for your alarm system
- Note: you will receive a separate initial setup email to set up this login, and from that point forward you can access your security system management via My Account under the “My System” section
In the future, you may visit AAA.com/SmartNew at any time to sign into your My Account in the upper right hand corner. We recommend that you bookmark this page for easy future reference.
